Much loved Irish actor, Bryan Murray, from the popular TV series "Fair City", plays Jack, one of the leads in the film. Bryan is probably best known for playing the role of Trevor Jordache on the British soap opera "Brookside," as well as Flurry Knox in “The Irish RM”, and Fitz in “Strumpet City”. Bryan is a seasoned actor of stage and screen, with a vast repertoire of roles in the top theatres in Ireland and the UK, notably, The Royal Shakespeare Company, The Abbey Theatre, and The Gate. He toured with A.R. Gurney’s “Love Letters” in Ireland. In 2019 he starred in the film The Professor And The Madman
Award-winning cinematographer, Ricardo Gale brought his well honed skills to the filming of Love On The Line in the beautiful San Francisco Bay Area. He worked as the DP on "Touching Home," starring Ed Harris. He also won the International Critics' Award (FIPRESCI) - Toronto International Film Festival for "West Beyrouth", and the Best Cinematography - the Melbourne Film Festival for the feature "Touching Home". He is accomplished in both television and film.
Bernadette McCarthy is a multi media producer, director, actor, writer, She has a background in TV, Film and Theatre. She founded Irish Dream Films, Inc., in 2009, a company dedicated to producing high quality content for film and TV, that entertains, engages and inspires hope. Originally from Ireland, she claims Ireland as her heart's home, but as she has lived and worked in Europe, the US and Asia, she also considers herself a global citizen. Over the past five years, less than 15% of feature films In the US, UK and Ireland were written and directed by women, and less than 10% produced by women, Bernadette hopes more women will be encouraged and more opportunities provided for them, to contribute in this space.
Collaborating on this project from pre to post, we were blessed to have the award winning director Rob Nilsson, winner of the Camera d'Or at Cannes Film Festival for "Northern Lights", and the Grand Jury Prize at Sundance for the film "Heat and Sunlight."
Shannon is a marketing and PR veteran, having spent the last decade building external PR programs, event strategies, and social media solutions in a variety of industries - from entertainment to education, as well as Silicon Valley tech startups. She was very involved in the early days of Irish Dream Films in a range of roles - having coordinated activity and communications during the filming of
Love On The Line.
She has coordinated events for large theatre groups and event space management. Shannon has been awarded for cross-functional excellence and continues to develop strong business relationships, and is currently working on the marketing and press campaign for the 2020 launch of Love On The Line in Ireland on December 19th and on the global roll out that will follow.
Talented Dublin born singer/songwriter Eoin Harrington wrote, developed and recorded the film's hauntingly beautiful score. He also performs some songs in the film himself.
